His professional experience includes work in the US Office of the Secretary of Defense. His first book, Preventive Attack and Weapons of Mass Destruction: A Comparative Historical Analysis, was published Stanford University Press in 2005.; Vitaly Kozyrev - Vitaly Kozyrev is a Visiting Professor at Yale University and Assistant Professor at the Institute of Asian and African Studies of Moscow University. He has been an analyst in the 'Kremlin Expert Network' of the Russian News Agency (RIAN).
