Abstract
Currently available methods for determining exact probabilities of the signed-rank statistic without computer assistance are shown to be inadequate. Currently available tables are noted to be either excessively large or of limited coverage. A combination of methods is shown to give exact or very accurate approximations to the ρ values for most cases.
