Abstract
We obtain exact P-values for Cochran's test comparing K different treatments using independent blocks with dichotomous responses. An algorithm is developed using restricted partitions and counts of matrices with elements 0 or 1 that have specified row and column margin sums. A linked list structure facilitates this matrix count.
