Abstract

English: This paper, which was originally presented at The British Academy of Management Annual Conference in Manchester, UK, September 1999, examines concepts from diversity theory and research using selected film scenes. The paper first describes major workforce diversity concepts and then describes and analyses film scenes for many concepts. Film continues to give the classroom instructor major resources for enhancing the teaching of diversity theory and concepts.
