Abstract
Quoting from the highly popular Physical Chemistry of Surfaces: “One fascinating feature of the physical chemistry of surfaces is the direct influence of intermolecular forces on interfacial phenomena.”1 The focus of this section is on the influence of forces stemming from acid-base interactions on interfacial phenomena at polymer surfaces.
