Abstract
In this paper we consider the Quadratic optimization problem in a HILBERT space with an incorrectly posed linear state equation Ax=Bu+/. If A is an operator with closed range we get and investigate the parametric optimization problem (with the parameter in an infinite-dimensional HILBERT space) which is equivalent to th initial problem.
