Abstract
Today's instructors of legal research face a number of challenges. With an increasing variety of formats and access points for obtaining information, the landscape of legal research material is fluid and evolving. Teaching students the value of some of the more traditional methods of research in a technology-saturated world focused on instant gratification requires some creativity and innovation. Using simple references and metaphors from everyday life, the author focuses on creative ways of helping students to develop a practical strategy for approaching any legal research problem.
