GETTING STARTED
Before you begin to explore informaworldTM why not take a guided tour of the features we offer in our informaworldTM Guide for Librarians (3Mb) Existing customer?
If your library is an existing customer your account has been transferred, you will be IP recognised and you will have access to your subscriptions. If you have been IP recognised you will see your organization name in the top left of the page.
A user name and password for managing your informaworldTM account has been sent to the registered email address for your organisation. Please retrieve these details and sign in to start managing your account. If you have misplaced your details, you can request a reminder.
When we receive a new order with a new contact address, an email will be sent to the contact provided with the order. You will be asked to select a link within the email in order to add the subscription to your account.
With regards to subscription agent consolidation accounts, these all have customer information attached to each order and would therefore work in exactly the same way as the above. New customer?
If you purchase a subscription via the website then your access will be immediate. If you purchase a subscription through an agent, or directly with our customer service department, an informaworldTM account will be created for you and access will be activated. Notification of your access details will be sent to you by email.
