Accessing your content Existing customers If your library is an existing customer an account has been created for you on
informaworld
TM and you will have access to your subscriptions. If you are IP recognised you will see your institution name in the top left of the page.
Any new subscriptions that you purchase, either online, through an agent, or directly with our customer service department, will be activated on
informaworld
TM and notification will be sent to you by email.
A user name and password for managing your
informaworld
TM account has been sent to the registered email address for your organisation. Please retrieve these details and sign in to start managing your account. If you have misplaced your details please go to
www.informaworld.com/upremind to request a reminder.
New customers If you have purchased a subscription via the website then your access will be immediate and the subscription will be associated with the account under which you made the purchase.
If you purchase a subscription through an agent, or directly with our customer service department, an
informaworld
TM account will be created for you and access will be activated. Notification of your access details will be sent to you by email. You will need to visit your account pages on
informaworld
TM to set up your IP addresses and other preferences.
IP Addresses and Sign In Details If you wish to change or add any IP addresses you may do so. Go to My Account and select edit logins. Any changes or additions will not be activated until they have been validated by the Online Support team.
You can provide access via Athens Single Sign On. Go to My Account and select "edit details". Simply enter your Athens user name and password and confirm that your organisation ID is correct.
