Aims & Scope
International Journal of Speech-Language Pathology is an international journal that promotes discussion on a broad range of clinical and theoretical issues in speech-language pathology. Submissions include scientific reports, as well as review and theoretical discussion papers, with reports representing both quantitative and qualitative traditions. Articles relate to any area of child or adult communication or dysphagia, furthering knowledge related to typical and atypical development across the lifespan, as well as etiology, assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for people with communication disability. Articles can be accompanied by supplementary audio and video files uploaded to the journal's website. The journal publishes author initiated articles as well as special issues and scientific forums in which international experts debate controversial topics.
