Educational Management Abstracts is an international current awareness service designed both for the busy practitioner and the scholar throughout the world. It focuses particularly on the organisation and management, with special emphasis on curriculum planning and organisation, evaluation and studies of effectiveness, staff development and morale, organisational milieu, leadership and decision-making, group behaviour, organisational development, goals and objectives, theoretical and empirical studies of organisational processes and structures and other organisation and management studies facilitating a better understanding of institutional processes.

Educational Management Abstracts comprises an archive reaching back to 1995, which is updated online 12 times per year. This can be accessed by institutional subscribers via the Search tab above, or via Educational Research Abstracts online (ERA). In addition, Educational Management Abstracts is published in print form as an annual year-end volume, including a cumulative author and subject index. This volume will be sent to all subscribers.
