Format of Manuscripts: Authors are required to submit their manuscripts in English only. Manuscripts must be double-spaced and should not exceed 25 pages. Manuscripts should be accompanied by an abstract of no more than 100 words, up to 6 key words or phrases that characterize the content of the paper and a brief biographical sketch. Abstract and biographical sketch should be presented separately. Submissions sent electronically in Microsoft Word format are preferred. These may be sent as attached files.
For review purposes, name, affiliation, rank, and complete mailing address should also appear on a separate title page. If affiliations differ, list addresses separately beneath each author's name. Indicate which author will check the proofs. Pages must be sequentially numbered beginning with the title page. Footnotes are preferred rather than endnotes. All figures and tables must be submitted separately and should be attached at the end (included within 25 pages).
