A completed Copyright Assignment Form must be returned to the Editor with the final version of the article. These forms may be requested from the Managing Editor. Please obtain any necessary permissions for quotations or to re-produce illustrations, tables etc. and send these permissions with the typescript. When submitting a manuscript, the author should always make a full statement to the editor about all sub-missions and previous reports that might be regarded as redundant or duplicate publication of the same or very similar work.
