Audiological Medicine aims to provide a scientific forum for physicians and other professionals working in the field of hearing, balance and communication disorders.

Two issues per volume are dedicated to specific topics. In addition, regular issues will contain original research papers, basic science reviews and an editorial. Moreover, short communications will include radiological and clinical cases, together with historical, technical and pathological notes, book reviews and Letters to the Editor. Audiological Medicine will also publish news from the International Association of Physicians in Audiology (IAPA).

Topics in Audiological Medicine will include:

•  Diagnosis, rehabilitation and medical management of auditory and vestibular disorders
• Communication disorders
• Otoneurological evaluation of children and adults
• Tinnitus
• Genetics of hearing and balance
• Internal ear pharmacology
• Neuroplasticity

Audiological Medicine is the official journal of International Association of Physicians in Audiology (IAPA), including the British, Swedish and Danish Associations of Audiological Physicians and the Societ ltaliana di Audiologia (S.I.A.).
